Fogg melds a literary writer’s sense of style and attention to language with a screenwriter’s eye for high-concept plots that unfold with suspense. In the tradition of Philip K. Dick and William Burroughs, Mr. Fogg tackles themes through his witty portrayals of dark, funny characters and other worldly cityscapes. His work will fascinate readers of literary fiction and genre novels alike. An exciting writer to discover.

One of the scariest books I've ever read. Gave me so many nightmares. Book is too freaky real.
Adam Abrams, New York City
Page turner...thought provoking. Horrifying imagery. A must read for anyone into Dystopian. A different take on the future, in a new way. Told my family to read the promo copy and they loved it too.
Gina Rosenberg, New York City
I read a promo copy of this book at least twelve times front to back while traveling on the road. I love this book. The band read it too. It's right on with things.
Eugene Snowden, lead singer of the Legendary JC'S
Full of imagery that still sticks with me. It's got to be made into a film. Read it three times.
Ira Hayes, Playhouse Theater
A Scifi/Fantasy Novel
The nightmare has begun…
It’s already infected your family and friends
Two word viruses battling
for control of humanity
Every mind carries the contagion
No choices to be made
No thoughts or beliefs of your own
This is a time when the days of Freedom,
Free will and Family have passed.
All must serve the Utopia
All must obey.
Yet something is about to get terribly worse
As the final plan against humanity draws near
One man has to decide
Between the final solution to all human despair and anguish
Or to restore Free Will back to humanity
Time is running out
As the end game draws near
Don’t say you weren’t warned

So many of us select books purely for entertainment, but what happens when you, the reader, become entrapped in a prophetic tale that leaves you in awe. A message that seems to be written solely for you. Or maybe the message was so intense, you felt as if you were reading a forbidden book that’s been hidden for centuries. Upon reading Peter S. Fogg’s "Captured Mind" that is exactly how readers will feel.
The entire story reads like a historic, classic with religion, science (which is always interesting), and universal laws nestled throughout. The downside though, there was very little jaw-dropping action. However, with every flip of the page readers will experience these life changing “Ah-ha moments.” This book is filled with a spiritual undertone and answers the true purpose of self-thought.
Justice, Fogg’s main character, seems to take Christ-like position within the story as the state of the world rests upon his shoulders. Justice must decide if life is better if all minds are captured or if they should be free to experience freedom of choice and thought. While each side pleads their case throughout the book, in hopes of him carrying out their plans, Justice unravels truths that will blow readers minds! Book lovers will find themselves questioning what they believe, and will discover that Fogg’s book is not just a great fictional tale. No, it is a story that holds truths in which individuals should explore the depths of the many different messages.
There is one quote that I just have to share, which showcases the depths of the wisdom within this novel: “Think positive. Envision your rest as you become more deprived. Envision your success as you endure more failure. Do not fuel despair with false truth. Instead, battle despair with hope. Fight despair with effort.” ~ Peter S. Fogg
I give Captured Mind 5 out of 5 stars!
